Coming from West to East: Take the LIE to exit 45, Manetto Hill Rd. At the exit make a left (you are heading South), #100 is about a mile or so down on the right side of the street.
Coming from East to West: Take the LIE to exit 48, Round Swamp Rd. Left at the exit onto Old Country Rd. It is winding and you are going approximately 1/12 miles (that’s approximate!) to the first MAJOR intersection, Manetto Hill Road. (There’s a little Jewish Deli right on the corner.) Right turn and go ¾ mile. The building is on the left side of the street. The parking sucks—it may take a couple of minutes to find a space.
From South: Take 135 North (Seaford Oyster Bay Expressway) to Old Country Road. Right on Old Country Rd. (you’ll pass the North Shore Plainview Hospital on your right). You are heading West for about 1 ¼ miles (approximately!), you will pass the Plainview Diner on the left—that corner is Manetto Hill Road. Make a left, the building is on the left side, ¾ mile down.
It is a white 3 story bldg with a lot of reflective glass. A typical med bldg. I am in Suite 310, on the 3rd floor, right by the elevator. (If you turn left when you exit the elevator you are facing my office.)
